ESH Médias, the first group in French-speaking Switzerland with newspapers available for Android tablets
The Swiss group ESH Médias has become the first group in French-speaking Switzerland to offer all of its publications for tablets on the Android platform. This allows the readers to enjoy the reading experience, with enriched elements also offering the digital media used by this operating system.
The four newspapers published by the ESH Médias group are L’Express, Le Nouvelliste, L’Impartial and La Côte. All of their applications are already on Google Play, and are therefore available for any type of Android tablet. ESH Médias has therefore taken a step forward in its digital development project, after the launch of its applications for iPad in November 2011 was very well received by its reader community. To be present on both platforms, the Swiss group uses the specific viewers designed by Protecmedia for each one of them.
From now on, all readers of newspapers belonging to the ESH Médias group will be able to enjoy their digital versions for tablets, whether they are iPad or Android users.
