La Razón launches an application specifically designed for tablets
The Spanish newspaper La Razón has a new application available which enables it to be read on a tablet, making the most of the latter’s possibilities. This app, which has been specifically designed for tablets, offers the reader all the news appearing on its webpage, but adjusted to this media, offering a simple and attractive browsing experience. To achieve this, the newspaper has used Protecmedia’s technology.
La Razón’s new app is live at all times, since it constantly feeds from the newspaper’s web thanks to ITER Web, Protecmedia’s solution that uses La Razón to manage its website and that constantly supplies information to the tablets. Thus, each time the user updates the application, it will receive all the last-minute news. In addition, although not connected, offline access is available to the reader to enable him to read the newspaper without any problem.
The news is presented in this app structured to be adapted to the media and facilitate the reading between sections. It includes videos, plus sliding strips that allow different effects which help to make browsing attractive and dynamic for the reader.
