Protecmedia organized the III Congress of Latin American Newspapers in Mexico
In addition to the congress, also organized a clinic about the Orbyt project, the Unidad Editorial group’s pay-for platform
At the beginning of February, Protecmedia organized the third edition of the Congress of Latin American Newspapers in the Mexican city of Querétaro. The congress, which was held at the Hacienda Galindo Hotel, was a resounding success, both in terms of attendance - 25 news companies being present – and the interest shown by all those present.
During the conferences that made up the congress, different presentations were given concerning the current state of the written media and the solutions that Protecmedia offers editors. Of particular interest was the new solution unveiled by the company, ITER Web CMS, a specialist tool designed for web content management.
In addition to the congress, Protecmedia also organized a clinic about the Orbyt project, the Unidad Editorial group’s pay-for platform, given by Luis Enríquez and Iñaki Gil, General Director of Operations and Deputy Director of El Mundo, the group’s flagship publication. During the clinic, 34 people expressed an interest in everything related to the Orbyt project as the new business model for newspapers, and were highly impressed by the different aspects and innovations that it offers.
