Control and monitoring of the project in all of its phases and aspects, both technical and budgetary. The Project Leaders have more than 10 years' experience and proven multidisciplinary capacity (Editorial, Advertising, Production, Archive, Agencies, Subscriptions, Distribution, Channels of publication…) in identifying bad practices and proposing the improvements required for a correct implementation of the Protecmedia products and developments, and of integrating them with other company's products.
