Each magazine defines the flow that is most appropriate for it, while making the most of the synergies with the other areas or publications in its publishing group

 

While respecting the singularities of each newsroom and each editorial product, In4Magazine centralises each of the company's products, catalogues them to facilitate searches and location and manages their copyright.

The objective is to optimise processes and coordinate work among departments, while also sharing common resources. Technological silos within the company make no sense. Security and confidentiality with respect to data access are guaranteed thanks to the configuration and administration power offered by In4Magazine.

Optimising and sharing resources and processes does not mean rigidity. Within the same group, each newsroom and each publication is free to define and adapt its workflow according to its needs. This flexibility is a particularly noteworthy feature of In4Magazine.
