Rossel La Voix group diversifies its media offer with the acquisition of Direct FM

Our client, the French press Group Rossel - La Voix, media leader in the North-East of France with more than twenty print publications, has taken majority control of Direct FM, which broadcasts in Metz and Nancy. With this strategic move, it joins Contact FM, Champagne FM and RDL in the radio division. This is the group’s first radio acquisition outside its PQR distribution area, “which marks our commitment to a specific development strategy for the radio medium,“ explains Marien Bonieux, the group’s deputy general manager in charge of acquisitions.

The combination of press and radio for a diversified business model is an example of good practices that deserves our recognition and the interest of the sector.
