Groupe Rossel - La Voix consolidates its subscription management strategy with Protecmedia's SHIPO solution

Through SHIPO, Groupe Rossel - La Voix seeks to simplify internal processes to offer an optimal subscription experience and proximity to each reader.

The French press group Rossel - La Voix, a leader in news media in the north-east of France and present in the fields of TV, radio, web and more than twenty print publications, has chosen SHIPO as its new subscription and customer relationship management platform for its current more than 500,000 paper and digital subscriptions to its daily, weekly and magazine publications.

Protecmedia's SHIPO solution is an integrated platform that allows publishers to easily adapt to the current and future needs of the market in terms of scalability and also in terms of responsiveness, flexibility and efficiency in communicating with their subscribers.

This choice is part of a strategy of constant evolution through which the group seeks to adapt to new needs and changes in the market.

To this end, the existing systems have been replaced by a single centralised tool that covers the group's various marketing, sales, financial and organisational needs.

An ambitious schedule launched at the end of 2019 has enabled the first three phases of the project to be successfully completed on schedule, with the platform going live for several titles.
